Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 stick butter
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 in 8 x 11-inch pan 35 to 40 minutes until still shakes a little in the center.
