Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heaping c. bite-sized chicken
8 slices cubed bread
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
1 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
salt to taste
Preparation

Put 1/2 of bread cubes in bottom of pan.
Mix chicken, celery, onions, chestnuts, mayonnaise and salt and spread over bread cubes.
Then cover with remaining bread cubes.
Combine eggs and milk and pour over and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, cover with soup and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
