Prune Cake Prune Cake Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. vanilla
2 whole eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. prunes, cooked
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil.
Beat eggs and buttermilk. Add prunes.
Spray cake pan with Pam.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
