Peach Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled barley
    2 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. coriander
    1 pinch cardamom
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish, arranging peaches on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
