Skillet Herb Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 chicken breasts or 6 thighs or any pieces of chicken
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk or water
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine flour, sage and thyme; mix together and put in a bowl or waxed paper or plastic sack for shake and bake.
    Dip chicken in this mixture.
    Put in skillet with hot margarine; brown on both sides.
    Mix soup with water or milk; add to chicken.
    Cover and simmer until done.
    Serve over cooked rice.
