Sausage Meatballs(Yields 40 Small) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Roll into 3/4 to 1-inch balls. Brown slowly in large skillet and drain.
