Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 lb. sausage (raw)
1/2 pkg. Pioneer biscuit mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Stir milk into biscuit mix; roll dough on floured surface until thin.
Spread dough with sausage and cheese.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
