Billy'S "Rave" Boneless Pork Loin - cooking recipe

6 lb. boneless pork loin
4 oz. Italian salad dressing
2 oz. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 oz. red wine vinegar
10 splashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Combine last 4 ingredients in a glass dish; add pork loin. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill on low to medium coals for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning every 10 to 15 minutes and basting each time with reserved marinade.
