French Toast Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices raisin bread slices
1 c. frozen egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 c. low fat milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonfat cooking spray.
Arrange bread in bottom of baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until all ingredients are blended.
Pour liquid mixture over bread; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour or overnight.
