Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen
    2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    celery top with leaves
    water
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 level tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken with salt, onion and celery top with leaves in water enough to cover.
    When done, take lid off and cool in broth. Remove bones and skin from chicken.
    Cut into bite size pieces. Over this, pour a small amount of broth.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Put remaining broth in jar and leave in refrigerator overnight.
