Layered Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef cubes
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. carrots (1/2 inch slices)
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 to 7 potatoes (1-inch chunks)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    In Dutch oven layer ingredients in order.
    Do not stir.
    Do not mix.
    Just layer.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0 with lid.
    Do not open oven for 5 hours.
