Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Add eggs, well beaten, then flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecans.
Put into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
