Jamaican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pineapple slices
    3 chicken breasts, split
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place pineapple slices in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch dish.
    Top with chicken breasts.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and coffee.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake until melted.
