Million Dollar Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham crackers crusts
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. or 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (20 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. lemon juice (real)
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Toast 1/2 cup coconut to put on top.
    In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, pineapple, 1 cup coconut, pecans and lemon and mix well.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into crusts.
    Garnish with 1/2 cup toasted coconut.
    Chill 3 hours until set.
    Refrigerate.
