Better Than Sex Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream or whipped cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted

Preparation

In a 13 x 9-inch pan bake cake according to directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, cook pineapple juice and 3/4 cup sugar until it thickens.
Stir constantly, about 20 minutes.
When cake is done, punch cake with a fork; pour over pineapple evenly and cool.
