Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. green beans
    1 tomato, sliced thin
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Place onion, grated cheese, beans and mushrooms in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Whip milk, Bisquick and eggs with salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables and top with sliced tomato. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
