    pepperoni, sliced or in chunks
    celery
    artichoke hearts
    mushrooms
    cherry tomato halves
    green or black olives
    marinated eggplant
    cheese
Preparation
    Alternate any of the items on 6-inch skewers.
    Sprinkle with Italian dressing.
    Arrange on serving tray.
