Sunshine Stir-Fry(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple bits in own juice
    2 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 tsp. Butter Buds
    2 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 green pepper (optional), sliced
    4 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked or rice
    3 green onions, chunked
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice for sauce.
    cut chicken breasts into chunks.
    In large skillet, stir-fry chicken with garlic, ginger (small amount of oil) and Butter Buds for 2 to 4 minutes; add pineapple, carrots and bell pepper.
    Cover and steam 2 or 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in spaghetti or serve over rice.
