Russell'S Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening or squeeze margarine
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients. Gradually add milk and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add shortening. Drop by spoonfuls on hot nonstick griddle and brown on both sides. Serve hot with fruit or syrup.
