Pumpkin Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. Milnot or evaporated lite milk
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together and stir in pumpkin.
Add Milnot and eggs.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then decrease heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is firm (when knife inserted in pie comes out clean).
Garnish with whipped topping.
