Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes, unpeeled (about 2 lb.)
    2/3 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
    3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/3 c. milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; cut crosswise into 3/8-inch slices.
    Combine breadcrumbs and rosemary.
    Dip each slice in milk and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
    Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Yield: 6 servings.
