Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 oz. chopped pecans (for garnish)
    2 oz. dried parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix together and chill 3 to 4 hours before rolling.
    Roll into a log on Saran Wrap in pecan, parsley flake mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers.
