Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, cooked per directions
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil with onions, garlic and parsley.
    Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese and spinach.
    Layer in a sprayed lasagne pan the noodles, sauce, Mozzarella-cottage cheese mixture, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan cheese.
