Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Soften cream cheese. Add pineapple, green pepper, 1 cup nuts, onion and seasoned salt. Chill well, then form mixture into a ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining pecan pieces.
