Honey Glazed Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) turkey breast
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. butter
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat honey, sherry and butter in a saucepan.
    Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and salt.
    Pour honey mixture over turkey breast and let stand, covered in refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.
    Place turkey breast on smoker grid and baste.
    Baste once again when almost done.
