Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 c. finely grated tart apples
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and sugar.
Add vanilla, sour cream, egg and apples.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cover with pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
