Quick Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 1/2 or 4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add sugar.
Mix in the flour, then the shortening.
Put in refrigerator.
Pinch off and use as needed.
These do not have to rise before baking, but be sure your yeast is fresh.
