Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. water
Preparation

Boil water.
Add rice and let set.
Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper in frying pan.
Drain grease on paper towels set into colander.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, soup, milk and cheese.
Add sausage mixture and rice.
Bake in casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
