Country Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can yellow corn, drained
1 (12 oz.) can white corn, drained
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, well drained
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
12 packets sugar substitute
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart serving dish. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar and garlic powder.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add sugar substitute.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour over vegetables and mix well.
Chill several hours or overnight.
