Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork (not sausage; optional)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Form into balls. Roll balls in flour. Brown in a skillet with a small amount of Crisco.
    Place browned meat balls in a dish and cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
