Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium squash, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 medium jar pimento peppers
1 grated carrot
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together.
Melt butter; add to crumbs and mix well.
Arrange in baking dish in layers the squash mixture and crumbs.
End with crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
