Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole yellow squash, cooked until tender
    2 grated carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo.
    Put 1/2 of mixture into buttered casserole dish.
    Pour in squash, onion and carrots.
    Mix soup and sour cream together, then add to other mixture.
    Top with remaining stuffing and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
