Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add flour, salt and nuts.
Chill dough.
Roll in 1-inch balls.
Place 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, but not brown, 10 to 12 minutes, at 375\u00b0.
While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
