Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift corn meal and salt together; pour boiling water over, stirring quickly.
Add milk quickly to prevent lumping.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in baking powder and butter.
Pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
