Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean venison
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Trim all fat from meat; cut into very thin strips.
    Mix and soak overnight.
    Arrange strips on cookie sheet.
    Set oven at 200\u00b0.
    Leave oven door cracked to let moisture escape (put a spoon in the door).
    Bake 4 to 7 hours.
