Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 c. crushed tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle on meat on both sides.
Brown meat well on both sides in Dutch oven.
Add rest of the ingredients.
Stir well.
Simmer, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is good and tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.
