Italian Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large eggs
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage; brown and drain.
    With an electric mixer, whip eggs, cream and margarine together.
    Add sausage and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Pour mixture into nonstick 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
