Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can large chunk pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 stick margarine
15 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix the pineapple, sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
Add the cheese.
Place in buttered Pyrex dish.
Melt the margarine. Crumble the crackers in the melted margarine and sprinkle on top of the pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown (about 20 minutes).
