Sirloin Steak With Peppercorn Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 beef sirloin steak (about 1 lb.)
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. drained green peppercorns
Preparation
    Brush medium-sized nonstick skillet with vegetable oil.
    Place steak in skillet over medium heat and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning occasionally to brown beef evenly on both sides.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven.
