Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut thin (have meat cut when extremely cold; 3 lb. feeds 7 people)
    1 1/2 onions, diced
    good bacon (1 lb.), diced
    salt and pepper
    green and red pepper, diced
    4 pkg. brown gravy
    2 pkg. mushroom gravy
Preparation
    One layer of onion, one layer of bacon and one layer of peppers in each piece of meat.
    Roll up and tie with thread. Brown on both sides in 2 kettles.
    Make four packages of brown gravy and two packages of mushroom gravy.
    Add to meat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
