French Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Bermuda onions
    2 eggs
    cold salt water
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Slice onions thin. Soak in cold water. Drain and soak in milk. Add to batter of remaining ingredients. Drop in deep fat and fry. Drain on paper towel. Serve.
