Cream Puffssocorro, New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. all purpose flour
    Whip cream or Cool Whip
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    Powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and margarine to rolling boil; stir in flour, all at once.
    Beat in eggs, all at one time, until smooth.
    Drop dough by tsp. onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake about 30 minutes.
    Keep 3 inches apart.
    Cut in half and fill with cream.
