Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut in slices
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 large onion, diced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    mushrooms, sliced
    3 tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. water with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown steak for 10 minutes.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add next 2 ingredients. Push meat aside and add onion, green peppers and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Add water with cornstarch to sauce.
    Serve on hot rice or noodles.
