Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    This is a good vehicle to which a few vegetables or ham can be added.
