Breakfast Pudding (Eich Milch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk, divided (regular, 2% or skim)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt, rounded
    1/3 c. flour, scant
Preparation
    Warm 2 cups milk in a heavy pan or skillet.
    Meanwhile, mix 1 cup milk with the other ingredients and add to the warm milk. Cook, stirring often until mixture is slightly thickened and serve with toast.
