Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
