Barbecued Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs (regular oats uncooked can be used)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce; mix well and pack into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup tomato sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    While baking, spoon sauce over meat loaf several times.
