Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped and peeled apple
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. candied ginger, finely snipped
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Chill, covered, before serving.
