Quick Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-6 oz. pkg. of chocolate bits
    2 whole eggs
    3 Tbsp. very strong coffee
    1 to 2 tbsp. rum or orange flavored liqueur (or to taste)
    3/4 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    In container of blender combine chocolate bits, eggs, coffee, rum or orange flavored
    liqueur, and milk.
    Blend mixture at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour mousse into 4 dessert cups and chill.
