Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. milk
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat cream cheese on medium speed until creamy.
Slowly add milk and pudding.
Beat until smooth.
Add all but 9 cookies. (These are for decoration.)
Beat until smooth.
Add Cool Whip and beat until well blended in.
Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Use remaining cookies on top.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
